Proposal · Doveriye × Hawky · August 2026

Every creative, accountable to a number.

This proposal covers what Hawky decodes across your creatives and your competitors', what it runs autonomously, and exactly what the pilot costs per brand, per month.

01 · The shift

Dashboards describe last week. Agents change this week.

Reporting tools tell you a campaign underperformed. They cannot tell you which hook, format or angle inside the creative caused it — and they certainly cannot act on that before the next tranche of spend goes out. That gap between knowing and acting is what Hawky closes.

Today

Creative decisions run on instinct and lag

  • Post-hoc reporting. Performance is read after spend is committed.
  • Campaign-level view. The unit of truth is the ad set, not the creative element.
  • Manual competitor checks. Ad-hoc, whenever someone remembers to look.
  • Insight stops at a slide. Nobody acts on it until the next planning cycle.

Every week the loop stays open, spend compounds against an unproven creative.

With Hawky

Creative decisions run on evidence, continuously

  • Element-level decoding. Hook, angle, offer, format and visual style, each scored.
  • Cumulative creative view. Performance grouped across ad sets and campaigns.
  • Daily competitor pulls. Meta Ads Library, Google Transparency and TikTok.
  • Agents that act. Targets set, hypotheses tested, actions executed on approval.

The loop closes daily — and the system gets sharper every time it runs.

02 · The system

Three engines, one closed loop.

Everything Hawky sees writes to shared memory, and everything it produces is scored back against the same KPI. The loop runs daily whether or not anyone opens the dashboard.

Decode

Your own library

Every live and past creative broken into elements and scored against your KPI.

Watch

The competitive set

Rival ad libraries pulled daily — hooks, USPs, offers, CTAs and collabs.

Act

Agents on the spend

Targets set, fatigue caught, budget reallocated — on your approval.

Compound

Memory that holds

Every learning is retained, so the engine sharpens instead of restarting.

Your team owns the brand and the calendar. Hawky owns the auctions, the iteration and the evidence behind both.

03 · Module by module

What you are buying, feature by feature.

Three modules make up the Doveriye package. Each is listed with what it sees, what it does, and what it changes.

01

Creative & Competition Intelligence

The evidence layer · your ads and theirs

Clustering

Similarity grouping

Creatives grouped across ads and campaigns, so patterns surface instead of single-ad noise.

Extraction

Elements that matter

Hook, angle, offer, CTA, visual style and placement pulled from every creative.

Sources

Three libraries, daily

Meta Ads Library, Google Transparency and TikTok pulled every day, not on request.

Copilot

Ask the data

Query performance in plain language, then deploy or pause directly from the answer.

02

Performance Agents

The autonomy layer · always on

Goal agents

Target, hypothesise, act

Set a KPI target. The agent forms hypotheses with evidence and executes on approval.

Proactive agents

Continuous watch

Creative fatigue, cost drift and anomalies surfaced before the budget follows them.

Rule agents

Thresholds you set

Test-to-scale graduation automated against rules your team configures.

Control

Change log with revert

Every action logged and reversible. High-stakes calls stay with your team.

03

Creative Studio

The production layer · statics

Brand Kit

Your assets, unaltered

Upload directly or link your DAM. Base visuals are used as-is.

Briefed by data

Winners as reference

Concepts come from your winning elements and competitor gaps, not a blank page.

Statics

25 per month

On-brand static creatives produced monthly, included in the subscription.

Launch-ready

Shipped on approval

Variants built, resized and pushed into campaigns once your team signs off.

04 · Proof

The same engine, already live at scale.

Hawky runs today for brands and agencies operating across marketplace, D2C and performance workloads.

05 · Pricing

Two months to prove it. Twelve to compound it.

One package, three modules, one price per brand per month. The pilot is priced to be decided on — not to be locked into. You continue only if it earns the second phase.

Phase 01 · Pilot

First two months

₹85,000₹65,000

per month · per brand

  • All three modules live from day one — nothing held back for the paid phase
  • Onboarding, Brand Kit build and channel connection included
  • Success criteria agreed and baselined in week one
  • No annual commitment during the pilot

Phase 02 · Post-pilot

12-month contract

₹1,45,000

per month · per brand · base subscription

  • Same three modules, at scaled allowances
  • 100 static creatives per month per brand, on-brand and launch-ready
  • 10 AI videos (8–10 sec) per month per brand, briefed by winning elements
  • Commences only on successful pilot
  • Allowances fixed from what the pilot actually measured
  • Add-on packages available for volume above the agreed threshold

What ₹65,000 a month includes

Pilot subscription · per brand
What's includedAllowance in the subscriptionModule
Creative analysis 400 creatives analysed per month, decoded into elements and scored against your KPI Creative & Competition Intelligence
Competitor analysis Up to 5 competitors tracked — 600 competitor ads analysed per month Creative & Competition Intelligence
Performance agents 4 goal agents · 2 proactive agents · 3 rule-based agents Performance Agents
Static creative production 25 static creatives per month per brand, on-brand and launch-ready Creative Studio
The structure

₹65,000 per month per brand for the two-month pilot — reduced from ₹85,000 — then ₹1,45,000 per month per brand for the twelve-month contract. The subscription price covers the platform, the agents, the production layer and the creative analysis that trains the engine on your brand — which is why that analysis sits inside the subscription rather than being metered.

Pricing is per brand, per month, exclusive of applicable taxes and media spend · Allowances to be fixed before signature · Valid 30 days from issue.

Add-on · Creative Catalogue

Catalogue at scale, priced by volume.

A dedicated creative generation package for brands that need high-volume catalogue creatives — built on the same Brand Kit, briefed by the same winning elements, and shipped launch-ready.

Add-on · Catalogue generation

250 Catalogue Creatives

₹55,000

per month · per brand

  • 250 catalogue creatives generated per month per brand
  • On-brand and launch-ready, built from your Brand Kit and DAM assets
  • Briefed by winning elements and competitor gaps — not a blank page
  • Available as a standalone add-on or layered onto any subscription phase

Catalogue pricing is per brand, per month, exclusive of applicable taxes · Available as an add-on to the pilot or the twelve-month contract · Allowances fixed before signature.

06 · The pilot

You should know what success looks like before you sign.

The pilot is a gate, not a trial period. The criteria are agreed and baselined in week one, so the decision at month two is a measurement rather than a debate.

01Week 1

Connect and decode

Channels connected, Brand Kit built, existing creative library ingested and scored. Competitor set nominated. Success criteria fixed and baselined.

02Weeks 2–4

First evidence

Element-level winners surfaced across the library. Competitor set tracked daily. First static batches produced and launched.

03Weeks 5–8

Agents take the loop

Goal agents run against the agreed target. Proactive agents watch for fatigue and cost drift. Rule agents graduate winners on your thresholds.

04Month 2 close

The decision

Measured against the criteria fixed in week one. Doveriye continues into the twelve-month contract only if the pilot clears them.

07 · Next steps

Week one starts with what you already have.

No new production is required to begin. Your existing creative library is the training data, and the first evidence comes back from ads you have already run.

Step 01

Confirm the package

Three modules, pilot pricing and the allowances above.

Step 02

Nominate competitors

Up to five, so the competitive crawl starts on day one.

Step 03

Fix the criteria

Agree the KPI target and what a successful pilot looks like.

Step 04

Connect and start

Order form signed, channels connected, Brand Kit built in week one.

The close

Reporting told you what happened. This decides what happens next.

What Doveriye has not had is a system that can prove which element earned the outcome — and then act on that, every week, without adding headcount.
